The Gîte (Apartment)

The gîte (apartment), fully air conditioned and equipped for 4-6 people, is available all year round. It has been formed from the old grenier (or attic) of the “maison vigneron” and has been tastefully modernised whilst retaining as many of the original features as possible. (The timber beams in the ceiling are more than 150 years old and measure more than 45 feet in length.)  “Gîtes de France" have awarded it a 3 épis rating.

An ideal base to discover the region, it also serves as a home away from home and allows all of the users a fully climate controlled haven of peace in which to relax and enjoy the pleasures of life in the Minervois. 

The independent access ensures complete privacy for all users, whilst the choice is yours whether you want to use the privacy of the roof top terrace BBQ or enjoy the verdant freshness of your own garden BBQ. Both come equipped with a full range of garden furniture.  

The village of Mailhac boasts a bar to relax in and an épicerie to buy those essentials for your well being.  Bread and croissants are fresh baked every morning throughout the year. Both the bar and the épicerie are less than five minutes from the apartment.
