Olive Oil Mill - L'Oulibou

L'Oulibou is a fascinating place to visit. Only 3.5 km from Mailhac, it produces some award winning oils and olives which can be sampled in the very mill where they have been made. You can also see the whole process that olives go through in order to make them into a wide variety of oils.

The "lucque" is one of the main olives of the Languedoc Roussillon area and it under goes some magical transformation within the walls of this traditional mill.
