Covering parts of l'Herault and l'Aude, the Minervois is one of the most varied regions in France, apart from its world famous wines, There are so many places for you to discover, from its beautiful beaches through to its fantastic history stretching back more than 7000 years.

Stretching from the mountains and gorges of the Montagne Noir through the plains of the valley of the Aude down to the hills of the Corbieres, the area includes the incredible village of Minerve and some of the best cuisine in the world.
