Discover our back yard

The Pays Cathar (which includes the Minervois) is one of the richest areas in France in terms of visitor interest. It ranges from the Mediterranean to the far reaches of the Aude valley, including the Canal du Midi and the ancient walled city of Carcassonne.

This is not an exhaustive list, but does manage to give you a feeling for what is around. You need years to do the region its real justice, but try some of these as an aperitif.
