Minervois Wine Tours

Within the Minervois region, we have a fantastic variety of wine cellars to visit. It is true that the Minervois forms a part of the largest wine producing region in the world, but it is even more true that some of the finest wines available are now produced in the Minervois. The reds are full and tasty, the rosés are without comparison and the whites, although sparse are excellent.

Here we have suggested 5 routes that you could follow, each route taking in some of the finer caves in the region as well as some of the regional landmarks. Of course - you do not have to follow our advice! One of the pleasures that we have enjoyed in this area is of discovering new wines. Every year produces some new marvel to savour.

A visitor from Australia recently asked us to recommend a good Bordeaux for him to take back to Australia. Unfortunately we were unable to oblige - we are still too busy exploring the Minervois to venture further afield. Maybe some time in the future if we ever get bored with our regional wines......
