I have never been sure if the phrase should not have been Whining & Dining, but in this region things have changed for the better. Some of the nicest wines around, (many of them gold medal winners) are just round the corner for you to discover. We also offer some wine tours! Many of us believe that the men and women who make up the vignerons of the Corbières and Minervois are the true ambassadors of the region. Nowadays there are special tourist routes that you can take through each of the regions. With more than 600 participants to visit, this should occupy a few spare hours!
